My Story
Hi, I'm Jackie, creator of FLEXFIT365. My fitness journey started 10 years ago but over the last two years it has brought me tremendous growth in the gym and beyond. As much as I've flexed in the mirror countless times, a day came when the reflection of myself in the mirror genuinely smiled back followed by waves of surmounting emotions of happiness, peace, joy, solitude, strength and love for myself. My fitness journey had rewarded me with a stronger body and a deeper compassion for myself. It was a defining moment I will never forget. A promise made to keep showing up all day everyday, to embrace the small wins as much as celebrating the bigger wins in the gym and in life.
The creation of FLEXFIT365 is the symbolic statement of your body, your mind and your overall wellness. I want to share with you the lasting impact fitness has given me through a brand that captures the true essence behind the workout.
Aside from my fitness journey and breathing life to the making of FLEXFIT365, I also found my passion in helping others and became a Certified Personal Trainer.
